Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By engaging HomeServicesAgency.ca services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all services provided unless superseded by a signed service agreement.

2. Scope of Services

We provide marketing services as described in our service proposal or statement of work. Any changes to scope must be agreed in writing by both parties.

3. Client Obligations

Clients must provide timely access to accounts, platforms, and information necessary to deliver services. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.

4. Fees and Payment

Monthly fees are due on the first of each month. Accounts more than 30 days overdue may incur service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for them. We reserve the right to use completed work in our portfolio with client permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client shall pay for all services rendered through the effective date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
